Lady Project Holiday Gift Guide
I enjoy the design process from concept to execution and especially so when it translates to the physical space. As the Art Director for the Lady Project Gift Guide's second issue, I had the task of evolving the publication from a catalog to a magazine format with space to feature local talent and small businesses.
This was a very hands-on creative endeavor from designing and building the set, working closely with the photographer, choosing hair and makeup looks, directing the models, and finally selecting the photos that went into the publication.
Fun fact: I designed this set using items straight from my living room. Those cushion covers were my first sewing project.
